Located about halfway between Bologna and Modena, in the municipality of Castelfranco Emilia, in a beautiful historic building that was recently renovated, Osteria della Cavazzona offers traditional cuisine with a modern twist.
The restaurant is modern and pleasantly cosy and the kitchen is entrusted to the young Marco Messori, a talented chef with years of experience working in historical restaurants.
Forty seats, well spaced apart, as well as a pleasant summer veranda with the same number of seats, built inside the courtyard and isolated from traffic and noise, are the ideal setting for a top-quality service.
Here everything is homemade, starting from bread and pasta through to desserts.
